Jacqueline Vargas has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness field. She is a licensed massage therapist, ACE certified personal trainer and a cerfified nutritional holistic counselor. Jackie is a graduate of the Swedish Institue of Massage Therapy and the Ohashi Shiatsu Institute, and a proud member of the American Massage Therapists Association.
On a personal level, Jackie is an avid athlete and enjoys martial arts, yoga, skating, dancing and windsurfing. Her true passion is developing her spirit by practicing meditation, consious eating, and treating the planet as a sacred place.
